Finally calmness: the QuickClick “Silencer”

The QuickClick “Silencer”, a completely novel furniture slider, is a revolution for chair manufacturers. It’s because it solves – for the very first time convincingly – an everlasting problem: filigree round tube chairs generate loud, very disturbing noise, they vibrate and can be moved only with effort. Chairs which are equipped with the QuickClick “Silencer”, slide – thanks to exchangeable slide inserts from the QuickClick System – floor protecting, smooth and noiseless on any kind of flooring.

The QuickClick “Silencer” makes „quiet in the chamber": the unwanted vibrations are almost completely absorbed fort the first time ever, due to an elastic vibration damper. Just insert it into the tube, and then plug the compatible silencer base with fitting slide insert in the opening of the damper. This way a non-detachable connection between the damper and the silencer is being created. The unheard-off effect: nothing is bucking, hobbling or squeaking. In case of abrasion or change of flooring, the slide inserts can be exchanged in a little while: just click out the old insert, click the new one in – ready! This world novelty, for the first time presented at the interzum, has been awarded with the “iF product design award”, the “Focus Silver Baden-Württemberg International Design Award” and is nominated for the “German Design Award” 2012.

For ultra slim legs: the QuickClick “Filigrano”

It is of high quality, functional and perfectly designed – nothing new for the gliders from the QuickClick system of WAGNER. However, the innovation lies in its size: the QuickClick “Filigrano” is the first chair glider for ultra thin furniture legs.

An elegant chair design can not be combined with a massive glide. The base of the QuickClick “Filigrano” is therefore reduced to the absolute minimum in its size and can even be fixed to a chair leg of diameter of 17 mm. The handling is very simple: just insert the base into a hole of 6 mm and click the desired gliding insert on – ready! The gliding inserts of different materials for the optimal floor protection (for example ULTRASOFT, HYPER or STOPP) can be changed after wearing off anytime without special tools. The utmost delicate and thinnest glide solution ever!

Extremely flat: the QuickClick “Slim”

The QuickClick “Slim” is the first nearly invisible furniture glider. To be used if the design of a piece of furniture demands the absolute reduction of this component – which is anyway essential for any kind of furniture. Wagner System has developed one of the lowest glider solutions ever by QuickClick “Slim”.

The starting point was the request of notable furniture manufacturers of an elegant glider solution which should be hardly visible, high-functionally and flexible applicable on different floors. The result is the new QuickClick “Slim”. It is the ultra flat glide solution – less is not possible! The total height has been reduced to 4 mm. Based on the QuickClick system, which enables the simple change of the gliding inserts, the fixation of QuickClick “Slim” is very easy: just fix the base to the furniture and click the gliding insert on – ready! The gliding inserts (ULTRASOFT and HYPER) of two different materials for the optimal floor protection can be changed after wearing off anytime without special tools.

Please turn over: the QuickClick “Duo”

You may twist and turn it – and all the time you’ve got the best protection for any flooring. It’s because the QuickClick “Duo” is a completely novel furniture slider with reversible sliding surfaces. A new proceeding makes it possible: the “Duo” slide insert is made of two different materials with best slide properties and maximum protection for any kind of flooring. This invention, for the first time presented at the “interzum 2011”, is a world novelty – never seen before!

Design and function are harmonious: the QuickClick “Duo” consists of two parts – a basis, which is fixed on the furniture one time, and a slide component which is clicked into the basis and which can be used double-sided. The component can be erased from the basis, as needed e.g. by change of flooring, turned around and clicked into the basis once again - everything without using a special tool. Due to its intelligent technology it accurately fits into the basis again. Thus it is possible to offer the perfect floor protection to any customer, suited for his needs. The “Duo” slide insert is made of two inseparable materials, an ULTRASOFT slider for hard floorings like parquet and a HYPER slider for soft floorings like linoleum. The best sliding performance is guaranteed. This excellent choice brings real added value for furniture. It’s because furniture manufacturers and trade can offer to their customers the perfectly fitting floor care equipment for the first time – fast turnover included!

Chair protector: the QuickClick “Stacking Protection”

Until now the most neglected component among the manufacturers of stackable chairs is the stacking protection for insertion into the bottom of the seat of the chair. Mostly it is expensive and nevertheless not functionally, because conventional stacking protections leaves their mark at high-quality chairs and don’t provide security against the crash of the chair stack. An innovation protects any kind of chair effectively and cost-saving against pressure marks, abrasion or staining: the QuickClick “Stacking Protection”.

The usage is simple: just fix the base on the bottom of the seat and click the suitable protection insert in – ready! The manufacturer offers protection inserts in different materials and qualities, which guarantee the optimum protection for high-quality seating surfaces. You can choose between very soft wool felt inserts for sensitive textile or leather surfaces and inserts of non-sliding elastomer for the protection of wooden or plastic seats at the best stacking properties.
