"German Innovation Award 2021" for Wagner

The premium component "PIEDI Equalizer 2.0" from Wagner's QuickClick system has received the "WINNER" award at the "German Innovation Award 2021". The jury explained its decision as follows: "With its QuickClick PIEDI Equalizer 2.0, WAGNER presents an interesting furniture glide variant that enables ergonomic and dynamic sitting thanks to an integrated special suspension. A sensible and also cleverly solved functional extension that creates attractive added value for the user with little effort."

The "PIEDI Equalizer 2.0" solves an old problem: rigid, immobile sitting is not only uncomfortable; it is even harmful to health in the long term. Chairs that are fitted with conventional plugs are inflexible in movement; they only allow the person sitting to adopt one sitting posture. The solution, which is as simple as it is technically convincing, is called "PIEDI Equalizer 2.0" and is simply applied to the base of the chair: The dynamic component optimises sitting comfort and mobility 100%. Seating furniture equipped with this innovation actively follows the movements of the person sitting down in every direction. The effect: the "PIEDI Equalizer 2.0" effectively prevents malposition, tension, back pain and the resulting reduced performance.
