Heavy-duty minis with maxi power

Their wheel diameter is just 35 mm and the overall height only 58 mm. And yet every single one of the new heavy-duty minis from Wagner has a load-bearing capacity of up to 100 kg. High-class material and workmanship quality as well as sophisticated technical details allow the extremely hard-wearing castors to transport heavy loads easily, to be used continuously in the workshop, or to move heavy pieces of furniture easily and without damaging the floor.

The new heavy-duty Minis are manufactured in three versions: As manoeuvrable swivel castors with or without total locking device as well as fixed castors for track-safe straight running. The casing and integrated screw-on plates are made of galvanised industrial steel, the hub is made of solid cast iron. Particularly high quality: The wheel axles are not conventionally riveted but bolted; this enables the bolting to be tightened quickly. A ball ring in the screw-on plate of both swivel castor models as well as double ball bearings in all variants ensure the best manoeuvring properties, low-noise movement, and optimum running. The tread of the wheels is puncture-resistant covered with abrasion-resistant and highly temperature-resistant polyurethane (PUR).

As of now, the new heavy-duty minis from Wagner complement the German brand manufacturer's current "Castors & Wheels" range in shelf placement.
