Wagner once again honoured as "Employer of the Future"

For the third time in a row, Wagner was named ‘Employer of the Future’ by the "German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation" (DIND). According to the DIND, the seal of quality stands for innovative companies with a clear digitalisation strategy that pursue consistent sustainability goals and offer attractive working conditions.

The renowned institute evaluates companies in a multi-stage assessment process. The assessment criteria include modern leadership, innovative strength, the status of digital transformation, employee friendliness and recruiting strategies. The consumer goods manufacturer convinced in all aspects and was once again able to position itself as a sustainable, innovative company and exemplary employer.

For Managing Director Ellen Wagner, the renewed award has a high priority: "The seal ‘Employer of the Future’ is a great confirmation of what we are doing.
