Heavy-duty transporter for professionals

The load surface of the “MM 1348” has a size of 780 x 590 mm and is made out of a dimensionally stable, 24 mm strong birch multiplex plate with a slip-resistant and water-repellent MaxiGRIP special coating. Four solid heavy-duty castors with a load bearing capacity of in total 1000 kg set the professional transport helper in motion. They have a wheel diameter of 100 mm at a strong wheel width of 50 mm and are produced for professional users: casing, side brake and screw-on plates consist of thick-walled steel; the wheel corpus is from solid cast iron. Furthermore, highly durable and shock-resistant roller bearings are implemented into the wheel. The running surface of the wheels is coated with floor-protecting and exceptionally wear-resistant polyurethane (PU). Moreover, two of the heavy-duty castors of the professional transport helper “MM 1348” score with multiple function: they are equipped with a direction lock that allows the needs-based application either as swivel castor or as fixed castor. Switching goes quick and easy: you can activate or deactivate manually the direction lock, just with a hefty pulling or turning movement.
