Pallet "to go"

The new transport helper for professionals “MM 1349” has exactly the size of a euro-pallet, namely 1200 x 800 mm. It complements the bestseller series “MaxiGrip” from Wagner with an extremely big and maximum loadable variety with a load bearing capacity of up to one ton. Therefore, it is ideally suited for the easy and comfortable transport of largely dimensioned and extraordinarily heavy loads. Or else, it serves as a tailor-made mobile base for heavy-weighted palletised goods.

The load surface of the “MM 1349” is made out of a FSC® certified, 24 mm strong birch Multiplex panel with a slip-resistant and water repellent MaxiGrip special coating. Thanks to its equipment with four highly loadable heavy-duty castors, namely two swivel castors and two fixed castors, the “MM 1349” is easy manoeuvrable even with heaviest of loads. The material and processing quality of the heavy-duty castors is outstanding; they have a wheel diameter of 125 mm at a strong wheel breadth of 38 mm. For maximum security against rolling away, both swivel castors of the “MM 1349” have total brakes. Casing, total brakes and screw-on plates consist of solid, galvanised industrial steel. Particularly high-grade: the wheel corpus is manufactured from thick-walled die-cast aluminium; highly stable, particularly long-lasting ball bearings provide for excellent running properties even in case of continuous use. The running surface of the wheels is coated with floor-protecting and utmost wear-proof polyurethane (PU).
