Strong and safe in all weathers!

Two newly developed, softly padded professional transport helpers from Wagner allow for the comfortable, floor-protecting and safe transport of even the heaviest of loads with a weight of up to 400 kg, inside and outside, in all weathers and with maximum load security.

The load surface of the heavy-duty rollers has, with the model “MM 1396”, the standard size of 57.5 x 30 cm, and with the model “MM 1397” the maxi size of 59 x 49 cm. Both types are made out of a dimensionally stable, FSC® certified multiplex plate that is covered with a tear-resistant protective cover. The water-repellent anti-slip cover enables the application of the transport helpers also outdoors with bad weather and does not only prevent the shifting of the load. Supplementary, it is softly padded with a special fleece that takes up sensitive transport goods point-elastically and thus protects its surface from scratches or scuffs.

The new transport helpers are made mobile with high quality equipment castors from the often awarded series “Ultrasoft”. They are equipped with a robust and shock-resistant roller bearing. Its blue soft running surface from thermoplastic rubber protects even highly sensitive floorings from scuffs, scratches and stripes. The wheel profile with an extra broad running surface has all advantages of “wide tyres”: perfect running properties, high traction and reliable cornering stability.

The casing of the castors is made out of solid industrial steel and the wheel is not riveted but screwed, thus a change of wheel is done quick and easy. Another benefit: for quality and safety of the new professional transport helpers, Wagner grants a manufacturer guarantee of 50 years.
