"Very good" for new packaging concept!

The recyclability of the newly developed packaging design of the product lines "Furniture Accessories / Protection + Stop" and "Greenhome / Pot Feet" from Wagner has received the certificate "Made for Recycling". The test result for the environmentally friendly and resource-saving packaging concept: "very good"! 

The new packaging concept focuses on slim pouch packaging: mini tabs made of FSC®-certified cardboard indicate the function and use of the products in a language-neutral way. Less is more! This packaging design, reduced to the necessary, saves valuable raw materials. In addition, recyclable and easily separable materials enable almost 100% recycling. The new Wagner packaging has been tested and certified by three renowned institutions: The "Made for Recycling" certificate is awarded according to a scientific methodology developed by the bifa environmental institute and the recycling and environmental service provider Interseroh with a three-stage point system and finally checked by the experts of the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging. The result: Wagner's environmentally friendly packaging concept received 19.5 out of 20 possible points and was awarded the top mark of "very good" for the "Made for Recycling" certificate. Advantage for the trade: Environmentally conscious consumers can now recognise the recycling-friendly packaging of the German brand manufacturer by the printed seal of quality "MADE FOR RECYCLING - recyclability "very good".
