Wagner once again honoured as an "Employer of the Future"

The "German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation" (DIND) has awarded Wagner System GmbH the "Employer of the Future" seal for the second time in a row. The renowned institute evaluates companies in a multi-stage assessment process.

Innovative companies with a clear digitalisation strategy that pursue consistent sustainability goals and offer attractive working conditions are honoured, according to the DIND. Criteria such as modern leadership, innovative strength, status of digital transformation, employee friendliness and recruiting strategies are decisive for the award. The medium-sized, family-run company based in Lahr in the Black Forest scored highly in all points and was once again able to position itself as a sustainable, innovative company and exemplary employer.
