WAGNER is "Employer of the Future”

The "German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalisation" (DIND) has awarded Wagner the "Employer of the Future" seal. Under the patronage of Brigitte Zypries, former Federal Minister of Economics and Technology, the DIND awards the prize to companies that set special standards in the areas of future viability and outstanding quality as an employer.

According to DIND, the "Employer of the Future" award is given to innovative companies with a clear digitalisation strategy that pursue consistent sustainability goals and offer attractive working conditions. Five evaluation criteria were decisive in awarding the prize to Wagner: modern leadership, innovative strength, status of digital transformation, employee friendliness and recruiting strategies. The medium-sized family business was convincing in all points and was thus able to position itself as a future-proof, innovative company, and exemplary employer.

For Managing Director Ellen Wagner, the "Employer of the Future" award is both a confirmation and an incentive: "We are particularly pleased about this award, because it proves that we are on the right track. Training and further education of our approximately 200 employees have a high priority for us, our corporate culture is characterised by respect, esteem, and recognition. Furthermore, at Wagner we offer a modern working environment with flat hierarchies, in which everyone feels valued and recognised".
